Technical Support Executive
- Provide technical support for dashcams: installation guidance, troubleshooting, and usage training
- Contact transportation and logistics companies via phone, email, and CRM tools to identify needs and offer solutions
- Present TXT ELD’s dashcam and tracking products clearly and persuasively to potential clients
- Assist customers with onboarding, ensuring smooth product setup and integration
- Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and support tickets in the CRM
- Work closely with the Canadian team to ensure consistent service and follow-up
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with dashcam technology, competitor products, and transportation compliance requirements.
